An awesome menstrual cup!! I tried another brand before this that was very stiff, big, and uncomfortable, but this one is just right!! Because I’ve never given birth (although I have had sex) and my cervix gets very very low during my period, I got the compact in size A. Following the clear instructions, it was very easy to insert correctly and form the essential seal the first time. It’s extremely soft and comfortable and I’ve had no leaks, even during the heaviest part of my period. The only problem for me was unsealing and removing it, as it basically suction cups around my cervix, but I think I’ll get better with that with practice. I found it easiest to take it out in the shower, just in case I got blood everywhere. And you can wear it comfortably for 12 hours, its so comfy and leak proof that you don’t even think about it, even when you poop lol. It’s very easy to clean and very easy to use, plus the compact carrier design is great!

This menstral cup is not my preferred cup to use throughout my period, but it is very handy to have in my purse in case I start unexpectedly. I use the Menses cup for most of my cycle because it is thicker and easier to insert. The Intimina collapsible cup has to be thinner to fold down and when inserting it sometimes starts to collapse making you have to remove and reinsert it. Once inserted correctly it is just as comfortable as my other menstral cup. Overall I am still glad to have it because it is the only menstral cup that folds down small enough and fits into a tiny case to easily keep in my purse.

I have been using this product for a few months and wish I had switched over years ago!! I caught on how to use it within 2 days and it’s been easy going since! I have recommended this to several friends who are on the fence like I was. No harsh checimals and no waste! Plus it’s compact size and cute carrying case fits in my bag and no one knows what it is so no more embarrissing moments of tampons or pads falling out. I cannot recommend this enough and if I could give it 10 stars I would! I found out about menstral cups about 7 or 8 years ago and I wish I would have made the switch then! If you’re on the fence and not sure if you can do this, buy it and give it a try! You won’t regret it! Your body and the planet will thank you!! When it’s time to buy a new one many years from now I’ll be purchasing this same one! I love it!

This is a great product and I’m mad I took so long to switch! I’ve always used tampons until I gave birth, then I liked to use pads because I felt better about monitoring my flow and its consistency. I read the advice of insert methods and finally gave it a shot. It was way easier to insert than I thought it was going to be. Retrieval was similarly easy. Sometimes I don’t achieve the complete seal, but that results in a little spotting that tells me I need to adjust, not like a crazy deluge that ruins panties. I’m seriously ashamed I used disposable menstrual products up to this point. This will save me a lot of money, better for my health and the environment!

I absolutely love this menstrual cup. It definitely takes some time to get used to if this is your first menstrual cup. I advise doing some research on insertion folds and body positions as everyone is a little different, what works for me may not work for you. As far as the cup itself I think it’s great my biggest con is also the biggest pro, it’s collapsible, so sometimes when I’m inserting it if my fingers are not placed correctly it can collapse into itself and it’s annoying if I am rushing, but since I personally insert in the morning and remove in the evening it’s usually fine. If you insert it wrong your body will let you know, you should not be able to feel this cup in your body if you do take it out and try again. Believe me, it’s not worth waling around feeling that thing in you and you may be more prone to leaking since the cup may have not made a seal. Best of luck, totally recommend!

Know yourself and know the product! When people talk menstrual cups usually you get a lot of people saying “Diva cup!” I did some research and the diva cup would be way too long for me! Even if I cut the whole stem off, it would be longer than comfortable. The Lily Cup Compact isn’t the absolute shortest one around, but it’s short enough for me and I like the collapsible design. I don’t carry a purse, never have. If I needed to carry a diva cup or something like it around with me when I need to be prepared, well that would just be awkward. This fits in my wallet/clutch, pocket, slipped into my bra, etc.

I love this cup. It’s super comfortable. I was lucky and got a cup I loved on the first shot. All women have a preference, but I’m really happy. With all cups there’s a learning curve. YouTube is your friend. When inserting, coconut oil or lube are key, especially in my case. I love the little case and being able to tuck it in my pocket, purse and discreetly palm it in my hand if there are people around.

I’ve used it through two menstrual periods so far. Loooooove the peace of mind that comes with not worrying about my nether regions for <5 hours. I find it difficult to tell when the seal is made, and it takes me 20+ minutes to get it in, but I think that's something that I'll get better at with experience. For now a liner is enough to guard against any small leaks.

I have been using Diva Cup intermittently for several years, however the discomfort/pain of removing it has deterred me from regular use. I got the Lily cup after a failed attempt at using the Ziggy Cup. The Lily cup’s silicone is thinner, softer, and more pliable than the Diva Cup, which makes it so much easier to insert and far less painful to remove! I am so happy with this purchase!

This is a life changer. Comfortable and convenient. I have had other cups and this one is much more comfortable. I needed something flexible and small- I haven’t had children- and this is it. The fact that it folds up is a bonus!!!
